CrossFit is a back-to-basics strength and conditioning program. It combines constant variation, intensity, and functional movements in Workouts-of-the-Day (WOD) to produce dramatic changes in strength, stamina, and body shape. Crossfit is not sport-specific and promotes broad and general overall physical fitness. Crossfit's donation includes your first three month's membership and 3 1-hour private training sessions.
