This service provides for the drafting and executing of one (1) simple last will and testament as well as the necessary information-gathering consultations with their firm. A simple will encompasses a small to medium estate, is straightforward and uncomplicated, and does not contain a testamentary trust. Should the client want to include a trust in the last will and testament, then the firm shall assess the usual legal fee for service provided above and beyond the simple will. The winner will have one year from the date of the auction to redeem this item.
